What we collect. - When you buy: our checkout provider (Gumroad, as merchant of record) processes your payment and shares with us your name, email address, and order details. We never receive or store your card number. - When you join our email list: your email address and anything you tell us in a quiz or form (for example, your baby’s age range or your main sleep challenge), used to send you the resource you requested and related emails. - When you visit the site: we use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that collect aggregate usage data (pages viewed, referrer, country) without tracking you individually across the web and without advertising cookies. - When you email support: your email and the contents of your message.

What we use it for. Delivering your purchase; sending the emails you signed up for; responding to support; understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used; and meeting legal obligations (like tax records held by our merchant of record).

What we don’t do. We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on the site. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 — the site and guide are for parents and caregivers, who are adults.

Who we share with. Service providers that make the business run, under their own privacy terms: Gumroad (checkout and delivery), Kit (email), Plausible (analytics), and our email/hosting providers. We share information if required by law.

Your choices and rights. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@YOURDOMAIN.com; we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; our lawful bases are contract (delivering your purchase), consent (email list), and legitimate interests (aggregate analytics, support). If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct, and we don’t sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined.

Retention. Buyer records as long as needed for support, tax, and legal purposes; email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete; support emails for up to [24] months.
