The Clear Sleep Plan is a digital file delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive the complete product instantly and it can’t be returned, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds once the guide has been delivered or downloaded.
We’ve tried to make sure you can make a confident decision before buying: the sales page describes exactly what’s inside, who the guide is for, and who it isn’t for, and includes sample pages. If you’re unsure whether it fits your situation, email support@YOURDOMAIN.com before purchasing and ask — we’d genuinely rather answer questions first than disappoint you after.
Before you buy, please confirm: your baby is roughly 4 to 14 months old; you’re looking for an educational guide (not medical advice or one-on-one coaching); and you understand the guide is delivered instantly as a digital download.
EU/UK customers: by purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Something wrong? If your download failed, your file is corrupted, or you were charged in error (duplicate purchase, for example), contact support@YOURDOMAIN.com and we’ll fix it promptly — technical problems are always on us. And while refunds aren’t offered as a matter of policy, we review every message from a customer who feels something went genuinely wrong with their purchase; in exceptional circumstances we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. A discretionary review isn’t a guarantee of a refund.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable law that can’t be excluded.
